4 Layered Pudding : A Delicacy For your Sweet Tongue

Hi Guys! Here is My First Food Post and the left side is the final result of the 4 layered pudding that i made. the 4 layers are Chocolate, Pandan, Milk and Biscuits

Cooking time should be about approximately 1 Hour. Layering starts from the Biscuit layer down to the Chocolate layer. Be ready to take notes and enjoy cooking! (Ingredients and tools used is already mentioned in the steps)

Step 1 : (Tools used : Masher and Its place, filter, glass. Ingredients Used : 2 Pandan leaves and 50ml of water)

Cut The Pandan Leaves into small pieces, Prepare the masher and Mash those leaves until it is really it gets to pieces, add the water and mash it up again till soft. then, Filter the mashed Pandan (filter it to the glass). The pandan water is for later use

Step 2 : (Tools used : A pan, Big Spoon. Ingredients Used : 500ml of water, 140gr of Sugar, 1 Pandan leaf, 1 sachet of basic white agar agar)

Add the water, sugar and 1 sachet of basic white agar into the pan, then, stir it for a moment, then turn on the stove to low heat, then, put the 1 pandan leaf(after being cut into 2), and keep stiring it till it has boiled (that is about 3-5 minuted) This is for the buscuit layer of Pudding

Step 3 : (Tools used : Pudding Mold, Spoon. Ingredients used : Regal marie Biscuit)

Spread half of the mixture in step 2 into the Pudding mold, then, Put it in the Fridge for 5-7 minutes (the pudding should not become too hard, so check constantly.). Then arrange the Regal Marie to the Pudding just like the picture beside, then spread the rest of the mixture to the mold (pour it slowly with spoon), and wait for 7-10 minutes

Step 4 : (Tools used : Pan, Big Spoon. Ingredients used : 1 Sachet of Basic white agar-agar, 140gr of Sugar, 500ml of Milk, 1 Pandan Leaf) While waiting for step 3 to cool down (the 3-5 Minutes) Pour the Milk, Sugar and agar to the pan, turn on heat, mix it for a while and put the half cut - Pandan leaf, then mix for 3-5 more minutes. This is for the 2nd layer (Milk Layer)

 Step 5 : (Used : Step 3&4)
Once You have already completed step 3, pour the mixture of step 4 into the pudding mold and put into the fridge for another 13-15 minutes. Please Remember to Use a big spoon to Pour it!

Step 6 : (Tools used : Pan and Big spoon. Ingredients Used : 500 ml of milk, 140 gr of sugar and Pandan Water)
Pretty Much the same as step 4 and 2, but this time you don't need Pandan leaves, replace it with Pandan water (the one in step 1). this is 3rd layer, The Pandan Layer

Step 7 : (Used Step 6)

Just like other steps, after 13-15 minutes on step 5 is done, now you can put the Pandan layer to it. as usual, slowly pour it with spoon. Put int he fridge, Then wait for another 13-15 Minutes

Step 8 : (Tools Used : Pan, Big Spoon. Ingredients Used : 500ml of milk, 100 gr of sugar, 2 spoonful of Milo)
Pretty much the same as step 4, No Pandan and Sugar is reduced because the Milo already gives enough sugar. Mix till the Milo is really dissolved. This is for the chocolate layer (4th Layer)

Step 9 : (Used : Step 8)
Yes, This is also the same as the steps before. put it to the fridge and This is the last step. Put it in the fridge and wait for another 13-15 Minutes.

Congratulations! You have done the 4 layered Pudding. Congratulate yourself by eating it.

Notes :

- While cooking the mixture of the layers, Heat should be med-low, and keep stirring it, if you don't, it somehow will expand and it'll spill.

- Check Constantly in the fridge while doing the drying process. the temperature in every fridge is different.

- Be Careful with your Last Layer! It might spill through your table when you pour it (in case your pudding mold is too small) ;)
